His experience in complex operational environments provides ZDM with an important perspective: recommendations must work outside the conference room.

A safety or security plan is only valuable if people can understand it, implement it, and rely on it when conditions become difficult. ZDM focuses on practical solutions that consider the organization, its people, its facilities, its operations, and the realities employees face every day.

Robert's professional development includes Occupational Safety and Health training through OSHA Academy, complementing decades of operational and management experience.
